Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA) handles the governance and property management of Issaquah Highlands including rules and restrictions, CCRs, architectural review, and maintenance of common areas such as parks and streetscapes. IHCA also manages a number of neighborhood and condominium associations within Issaquah Highlands. The IHCA offices are located at High Street. Please feel free to stop by anytime during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The Highlands Council. The Highlands Council (HC) is a non-profit organization in Issaquah Highlands with the mission to "foster the development of a vibrant and caring community committed to service, diversity, and well-being." Though we work closely with your community association, we are not a part of the IHCA. The Highlands Council manages Blakely Hall, Connections Newsletter, www.ihwebsite.com and community events.
