The mission of Highlands Council is to foster the development of a vibrant and caring community committed to service, diversity, and well-being. It is so easy to feel disconnected in our neighborhoods as we juggle work, family, and activity after activity. One of the most satisfying, fun, and productive ways to unite is by volunteering in your community!
